If you have heard or seen the term “vision board” and you have wondered whether this tool works for people,  the good news is does!  A vision board is effectively what the name implies - a visual board (usually a poster, or large sheet of paper) filled with imagery, symbols, colours and quotes that reflect what you wish to create in your coming year. And for those wondering what I mean by the term “vision” - I describe it as the mental image that comes to mind when you think about what life might be like if you achieved all your desires. Once you have that mental picture in mind, it’s about finding images that collectively reflect the vision.
